it's 2008! wow! last time i wrote here was .. last year. haha. last year.. gotta get used to talking abt wad happened a few days ago as last year..
somehow, a new beginning always leaves me feeling excited and emo. excited coz i don't know wad to expect and the anticipation is killing me. emo coz i miss the past and i wished i could turn back time and re-live the moments i enjoyed best. ahhh..
so how was the first day of the new year spent? -sleeping- aye. it was time to repay my sleep debt.
had a sleepover at desiree's.. usual girl talk and hungry game of slamwich to which eunice's sheer determination saw her finally being the last one standing after early knockouts in the previous rounds.. girl talk- it's a neccessity of each sleepover i guess. funny how the same ole topic just likes to crop up.. oh wells. i enjoyed the sleepover though.. and her whiny dog. haha.
the rest of the day was spent recuperating from the sleep(less)over.. met up with es and his friends at nite.. quite different from the ppl i usually hang out with. but interesting friends of his.. headed to serangoon to meet up with jenn,jlow and james for a yummy prata supper at serangoon gardens. JJJJ all our names start with J! haha.
james starts work today, so he went home first, but the 3 of us went to the park between james and my house to chill out. literally chill. the weather was good. it's amazing how we talked till 2.30am.. how often do we get such chances to talk?? i miss this triangle of trust. i guess i unloaded something that had been upon my heart for quite awhile.. we each have a story to tell dun we? a story we dun quite know the ending to.. at least not yet.
