kids so today i relieved the lower kingdom class. i've effectively crossed to all three kingdoms. and each kingdom is just so vastly different..
amzing the way God created each of us.
so amazing that i look at the kids and can't imagine having been once like them. i must have been an angel compared to these.. tykes.
the day started out with me being attached to the P2 class for their cca period which is dance.. wad dance? the ndp 2002 fundance. omg. shoot me. i thought that dance was lame-o waaaaay back in my time and so i refused to conform to the masses dancing to it with such gusto then. fast forward to wednesday 15th august 2007 8.30am and jolene goh ai ting is not only dancing the dance, but with a smile on her face to a bunch of overexcited sugar rush kids. sighh. but it wasn't so bad, especially once the natural dancer in me got the hang of it. haha. oh no!wad has happened to the too-cool-to-care-jo??!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
my first lesson didn't start proper till after recess whereby jabha was put in with the class together with me. he made the kids sing the bumblebee song he taught them to me. something abt 'look mum!i caught a bumblebee, bumblebee..' and then abt squishing the bumblebee and licking the bumblebee.. i was wearing yellow and black today you see. i wanted to pound jabha who was having a good laugh as the kids sang with such innocence and all their heart. so i melted too. hee.
but being with the lower kingdom really is an eyeopener.. i'm seriously re-considering the option of teaching in a pri school now.. kids really aren't lil adults after all.
finally had my movie dose last nite! went to watch flashpoint which is pretty .. lame. there's no plot and it didn't help that we were 20min late so i didn't quite get the story from the start. but the action scenes were awesome! donnie yen is superbly swift and each of his punches came flying fast and powerful. it was mind-blowing! went for a mega late dinner..more like supper..whereby i ate the grilled chicken dish at plaza sing for the first time. uber yummieee!!! chilling at starbucks soon followed and i found out more stuff like wad it would be like at solead. really hope i get in this term! thank God most of his bandmates would be there so at least i know some ppl already. i'm really lookin forward to this. lookin back.. i think it's really God's timing how i got to know dan and sccc and stinters and everything.. so He had it all planned out for me rite from the start. God's just so wondrous..
