corrections *coughs* i must make a correction in my earlier entry- the disgusting driver who drove wrecklessly i really meant the charming-hunk-ace-champion-driver who rocks the streets of singapore! really!! *coughs coughs coughs* hee.=D
anyway, it's about 13 more days to go is it? may u drive smoothly till the day that triangle is taken off! all the way toes!!! *waves pompoms*
today was spent rolling abt in bed enjoying the morning showers before i rolled off to james place. there's one thing i must say- i really loathe ordering chinese food from the food counters. coz then i'll feel this immense pressure to pronounce it accurately so that the chinese fellow can understand wad food i wanna munch. and usually at such times, though i rehearse mentally in my head a gazillion times how to order the food i want in chinese, yet when it gets to my turn, somehow it just comes out totally off. and it's even worse when the picture of the food i have in mind and the name by which i call it is vastly different. for instance: today i wanted to eat hor fun. i had a picture of hor fun in my mind but for some strange reason my mind was tellin me that it's 'hokkien mee'. when it was my turn to order, i pointed to the noodle and ended up saying 'aunty,wo yao guo tiao'. aunty: 'hor fun ahhh???' me: *meekly* yaa. sighhh. the language of my forefathers totally confound me.
anyway, i'm so glad james lil project is finally completed! i'm sure his darling will love it, so no worries ok buddie!=)
i'll only see u for who you are. not who u pretend to be. life would be such a bore if everyone i know was identical to everyone else.
