the headthere's the head.and there's the heart.which do u follow?if i were a kid,i would follow my impulse.as do many of my kids who appear to not have the ability of processing thoughts.like how one refused to listen to me and jumped on the metal gate,proceeding to swing on it like a merry go round.unfortunately,it clearly would not make a full round and so when it hit the post,he whacked his head on the gate and it swelled.guess who had to go ice and tend to his wounds?!!sighh.a teacher is also a medic and comforter.today i took a class for napfa.it was utterly hilarious.seeing how they struggle just melts your heart and makes you wanna do it for them.i couldn't help but burst out laughing a couple of times..which made me feel absolutely terrible.BUT they were pretty jolly and upbeat throughout.so even though their own classmates were laughing at them,and these were the same bunch who would be laughed at later,and even though they looked like a beached whale doing the inclined pull-ups,they still had a smile plastered on their faces.and they persevered.mind you, these kids are the failers and absentees from the May batch,yet most of them managed to pass today.it's incredible.kids.went to watch simpsons today!i needed a comic relief and that was the perfect dose.it wasn't all slapstick like what i had heard,it was fairly witty i must say with all the references to other movies,a la shrek style.hee.and i've been podsed.hahaha.mega THANKSSS!! =Dit's gonna be my cheeruppity pick-me-up energisers for this week!i guess tonight's been a time of unwinding for me.i just love to sit by the merlion and take in the breeze and sound of the waves lapping gently..nicee.and now the sleep deprived power napper needs to get a proper snooze.toodles.zzZZzzpeace.
