felt rather dismal today mainly coz it's the first time in a looooooong while tt i actually woke up after 10am [i arose at 12.30.PM.] only to hear my mum scolding me for always sleeping in late which is obviously not true.
i mean..it's my hols-

i woke up at 9am the other day and the first thing she said was tt she was abt to drag me out of bed coz it was already so 'late' in the day and i was still not awake.
oh yes, that was also the day i unpacked the most no of boxes in the shortest time.
anyways,
like HULLOOOOOOO?!!
ALL my friends wake up at like 2pm.
they think i'm insane to wake up when it's still .. morning.
yes,it's tt extreme.
even my juniors who got R paper wake up later than me la!
grrrrs.
but anyways,after tt i realised tt i couldn't find the charms i had bought to make into a keychain for peace.
ARRRRRRRRGH!!!
i was uber miffed la.
so tt kinda ruined my day.

the whole afternoon was just spent trying to sort out and arrange my things,
of coz my mind wasn't in place.
jolene ain't one to be confined.
it totally went off to another land..
felt more like i was tryin to sort out my life.

finally started reading the roald dahl book i'll be teaching only to realise tt i did tt book before!
i'm actually uber excited reading it now.
as shawn said- 'YOU are now the one feeding them.'
*gulps*
wad if they choke or suffer from indigestion?!!
arrrrrrrrgh!

anyways,the sun set and soon my relief from the day's unneccessary stress was to come.
headed to clarke quay to meet shawn to collect the sailor cap i'm borrowing from him which is real cool!
it's actually an authentic greek sailor's cap,
it's even printed tt inside.
real coolios.
chatted for a while before i scooted off to bugis to get the gift for jes and while doing so another bag caught my eye but my empty pocket was obviously waving a parang at me and so i shelved all thoughts of buying it with my potential salary.
boo.

wee's bbq was rather mundane this year.
so quiet la.
and her new batch of geeks students obviously have uber high IQ and an EQ at the opposite end of the range.
one guy,after getting half tossed into the pool as a result of losing a round of Bluff [-_-"], spent the rest of his spare time tossing his own self into the pool.
weirdo
so anyways,the usual church gang was there thankfully,or it would have really been bored to the pitts.
esmond was actually a gentleman in givin up his seat to me and opted to sit on the wet one instead.
teehee.
ok la,felt kinda bad so i helped get him the paper napkins to wipe.
his cooking though.. is much to be desired.

if i had a horrid start to my day,
i must say tt my nite ended off blissfully sweet.
literally.
first time ever tt i'm eating godiva chocs..*licks lips*=)
ok suddenly an image of eman doing the mountain turtle sign comes to mind..
BAH!
dropped by just after midnight to give me my belated christmas present and we chatted for a bit.
my mum came out to spy and thought tt was my bf.
the look on her face..
goodness.
at this rate, with such a friendly mother,
i'm sooooooooooo gonna be able to get a bf la.
ok the thought of one actually freaks me out now.
i'm really scared to be in a relationship any-o-how.

friends suit me just fine.=)
