friday was nuts.
i had lit pc which is unseen,so i figured i need not go to school to mug with ryan in the library before it since there's well..basically nuthin to mug fer.
so anyways,i had my longest sleep ever amidst this crazy time of prelims,
[all maths takers please do not kill me as i embraced the luxury of slumber amidst the falling rain *sticks out tongue*]
and decided to go to school feelin relax,so i took an extra long nice warm bath.
i was at the bus stop at 1.30pm.
the paper was at 2.30pm.
plenty of time .. to wait for the dang bus!!
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!
it took freakin 20min to come!!!and to make matters worse,the tanjong katong area was reduced to one lane coz of some construction works and the rain and the bus was practically inching its way.it was like..move one inch PER PRECIOUS MINUTE.
i prac flew off the bus when it reached the stop at 2.21pm.
my heart was ready to be thrown into the longkang next to the stop.
i ran across the slipery bridge and bumped into clarence.reached the other side,turned the corner and met desmond and samuel sharing an umbrella [scandalous those 2].like omg,of all days to bump into juniors i had to do so when i'm in such a frantic state of mind and unglamourous appearance [wet,stressed,uniform in a mess].
i really really really really hate to be late.
like seriously,and this was LITERATURE!!u CANNOT be stressed!!
i mean,it's not like i'm not stressed up over it already since i realised on the bus that it has been SEVEN months since i last wrote a pc essay.sighh..somehow i just never did the 4/5++ essay assignments harris gave after the march tests.
and so on the bus i prayed to God and asked for His grace coz i seriously did not deserve it.i asked that he did not let me have a mental block when i got my rusty pc engines to work and that i would be able to write at least a page and a half.
you know.. God is just so remarkably gracious.
i wrote 2 entire sheets for the first qn and did not complete my 2nd qn but i wrote a page and a half for tt.
really-God is just so MARVELLOUS!! *mega smiles*
of coz quantity does not equate to quality,but first impressions count alot for lit to me,hence i really strive to fill that minumum one & half page quota each time.
so anyway,i half brisk walked half ran all the way into school.i think i'm uber unfit.i actually felt breathless by the time i reached the canteen!omg.
thankfully though,the ppl had not entered the hall yet,so i still had some time to pee and catch me breath.haha.
woohoo!

to ying: i DO NOT HAVE A TRACK RECORD FOR BEING LATE FOR MY TESTS! ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS PRELIMS!!!
[just coz i was late once for econs mid years that led to josey and shawn frantically calling me DOES NOT mean i am ALWAYS late for me tests!HRRRMPH!]
