today's been really funny.
let's start with the morning..

RYAN COMPLETED 4 ROUNDS TODAY!!!!!!

ok now this is really incredible news coz like..since i first started my running routine with ryan 2 months back,he's improved tonnes!!!this guy could barely complete 2 rounds in the beginning,then he struggled to do a 3.finally we managed to progress to a 3 rounds at a manageable pace.but unfortunately,i haven't jogged with him the past 3 thurs due to personal commitments.and so when i finally went down with him to watch his run with sher today,the both of us just felt like proud mama tyra banks when he finally zoomed past the red flag to complete his 4th round in 9.59 min.the timing ain't fantastic,but seriously,for him-it's FABULOUS!!!i'm so proud of him!i really do hope he'll pass his napfa test FOR ONCE!haha.wells,next up-pull ups!!!

anyway,after tt fab run,ryan went to bathe.so i helped lugged his ginormously heavy green puma tote to geog lec.along the way i met daryl and asked him to help me carry,which he did.upon entering the lt,samuel asked 'daryl,why are you carrying ryan's bag?' to which tt superly RUDE daryl quickly drop it like as if it were burning hot cakes right there and then in the middle of the steps.then he proceeded to semi-yell at me 'WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME IT'S RYAN'S BAG?!!OMG!!!' and he actually refused to help me carry it further until i nagged him and said he's so horrid and all and then he grudgingly and swiftly took the bag to the desired row before depositing it in a matter of split seconds.i think he would have aced his shuttle run with such speed.hahaha.
geog lec was actually useful.
today's like the first time i'm back at josef tan's lec after like...a 5 week hiatus?hahaha.
didn't miss much anyway.
oooh and i finally got to see and hear U2's bono sing.which reminds me...COLDPLAY'S playing at the indoor stadium on july 10th and i can't gooooo coz i'm darn broke and it's in the midst of nationals!!!!

anyway,today's supposed to be time trial.
but where did we go?
daryl,jlow,mel,huajia,jeo,szeling,suihui,pris,pamela and i went to watch soccer instead.hahahaha.mtan gave up and decided to come watch as well.hee.
it's like so strange la-SAJC is like on a roll man!they are doing fabulously well this year in terms of cca.i think it's the new-school-building-syndrome.can't vj adopt the same method too???oh wells.i like vj nonetheless.comfy place.
anyway,each time i watch such matches,i feel my lifespan shortened by a couple of years.seriously,the excitement is strenous and damaging to my ever weak heart.it's too much!but it was an exhilarating match nonetheless,and a worthy one indeed!=D
the first half was goaless,but could tell tt vj was much more superior in terms of ball handling,and also,the ball was often on our scoring side,just tt we did miss quite a few opportunities.hence u understand why my heart stopped a couple of times.but in the end,we won 2-0.the cheering was fantastic!i just love being a part of such cheering crowds where u can scream ur lungs out without feeling like a lunatic.heck even if the whole school is staring at u-it's school spirit!!
one observation i made: that even though keefe is the captain and often in the centre,he hardly comes into contact with the ball.instead,he directs whom the ball should go to and defends fabulously well to prevent the other team from even gettin near the ball.
soccer is a real intriguing game.i dun think i'll ever get it soon...
oh wells,real tragic tt i couldn't go watch hockey [by now our tongues had all gotten twisted up and we kept saying words like 'sockey' and 'hocker'.hahaha] and support junyi.but i'm so proud of them coz they won 1-0 against sa too!!!wwooooooooooots!!!!*waves pompoms like madda*
CONGRATS SOCCER GUYS AND HOCKEY GUYS FOR GETTING INTO THE FINALS!!!=D

oh i met su today too!!she's chopped off her locks,opting for a short crop and the reverse has happened for me.haha.times change..oh wait-she still owes me my dvd.hmmm..

however,despite the great results and the late reaching back to school,all hopes of the time trial being cancelled were completely dashed.and so,overcome with fatigue as we all felt,we still ran.we all did 'crappy' timings.i actually tot my timing was not too bad-10.8s for 80m and 21.3s for 150m.but mtan wasn't satisfied.and he kept saying the timings were not good for everyone.a lil discouraging,but i dun feel tt down coz i know God's my strength and He'll see me thru my races.i know i can do better.i just know it.
now let me show it.

the year 1s were acting rather peculiarly today.fancy trying to grill me!
my msg to them: u can TRY HARDER.HAHAHAHAHA. *sticks out tongue*

and i can't believe i bruised my elbow while taking my usual nap sprawling on the library table.
