nope-the ew money still hasn't been found..but i haven't stopped praying.

it's pouring now..sundays haven't been that sunny of late.
the irony.

i think my last week of the 2nd term in vj has ended on a fluctuation of notes.like there was the horrid start of losing the money,and then it got better and worse and better and worse and better again.oh wells.

after horrid monday,tuesday was a drastic improvement.my class [meaning just the mugger gang of which i'm tryin to be a part of.haha.] went down to support josey at the tennis finals.the tsd ppl were preparing for their exams.anyway,like half an hour before the match,josey msg to say tt she was playin doubles instead.i was like WAAAAAAAAAD?!!!i mean hullo???josey has almost never trained with the school team la!and she has hardly ever spoken to her doubles partner before!where got 'chemistry'??furthermore,her doubles partner,clare,has always been partnering sam since like..sec1?!!so it was quite a shocker.was quite concerned for josey.like..it's definitely a crucial match!and it came to be when theirs became the decider..
but i must admit tt vj's coach is one supa good coach.why?coz he has the midas touch of tennis!his plan to let our weaker singles meet rj's strongest singles worked while our strongest singles player,vernessa,met their weakest and easily won.so we were down 0-2,then our first doubles won.so it became 2-1.then vernessa won.and it became 2-2.all eyes were on josey's match.my frens and i were simply screaming our lungs out,goodness,i've never screamed so much in my life la!!and we even made nice cards for josey!!haha.

and then..we WOOOOOOOOOOONNNNN!!!!!!!!

she's like uber calm and could tell she liked to play mind games.hah!typical!but hers was a good match la.albeit one-sided but still good.her determination when it comes to wanting to win and really winning eventually never fails to amaze me.well done babe!!
i'm just soooooooooo uber happy for her..i guess,it is a super excellent way to end off her nats school tennis career since cedar never gave her the chance to get into finals,and last year's only got her a silver.this year...a gold at last.=)
i was so happy,i could have cried.

wednesday had a dismal start.
u see,after trng on tuesday,we were all ready to catapult jlow into the pond [on the instigation of melvin tan!!!!] when seet caught us and warned us not to.so we waited till he was gone before we threw her into the fountain [he didn't say the fountain was ruled out..].unfortunately,the chinese hod caught us and baoto-ed us.-__-"

anyway,he was uber miffed when he found out,so daryl,ben and i went to look for him in the morn but got snubbed by him.we went to look again after assembly with jlow joinin us and he gave us one looooooong stern lecture before he let us off.sighh.
and tt wasn't all.
mr goh msg josey and told her to get the whole class to come see him coz he was pissed tt our class didn't turn up for pe on tuesday.so only josey and i went to see him coz the tsd ppl were nowhere to be seen and the muggers were muggin in the library.boy did he give one loooooooong unreasonable lecture!!!grrrs.and josey and i aren't even 'involved' coz we dun have to attend pe la!!and when i tried to defend my classmates against his baseless accusations,he called me a 'lawyer' sarcastically.-__-"
i mean,he was really unreasonable!we didn't turn up for pe coz my class is excused from lessons on tuesday,but all he said was 'i got so many classes,how i know the one they announce is my class?'

anyway,wed ended on a brilliant note at least coz hockey and soccer gals won!!!yippeeee!!!and hockey guys got 2nd.i still can't get over how they've managed to make it to the finals again despite not having a coach,it's really fantastic!i was screaming my lungs out for junyi especially,i think my juniors got kinda a shock.haha.oh wells,it's only this once.
finally got to meet my mortal as well since like i always knew wad he looked like but he's never met his 'angel'.but thanks to him,i roughly understood wad was going on and why our solo successful goal wasn't not counted.it was pointless asking those arnd me since they didn't understood the game as well,and were largely there to lend their voices.
and wad jeo and mingyi were trying to do is SO NOT FUNNY.anyway,we're only friends alright??and it'll stay tt way.*glares*

sadly,i couldn't busk in the jubillant atmosphere for much longer coz i had to rush off to watch canterbury tales at robertson quay.i was really prayin tt it wouldn't be as crappy a play as glass menagerie which everyone had been complaining about.but omg,it was an uber hilarious play!!!mostly angmohs acting,and the audience largely comprised of their friends.so it was really really fun!loved the relaxed interactive atmosphere.i think my fav tale is the reeve's tale.it was entirely bawdy and the stage props were so basic tt it was funny.like 2 ppl standing on stage holding a rope drapped with 3 blankets to represent 3 beds in the bed room scene.really funny!a close second would be the pardoner's tale where 3 goons drank tiger beer [yes tiger!!] and played 'loong chum pass'!haha.hearing ang mohs tryin to say loong chum pass with an accent was really funny,and to think they really drank while acting!!now this is wad i call-enjoying wad u do.=)
got kinda caught in a lovers spat btw ryan and adrian afterwards..lesson learned: even if i had good intentions of breaking the tension btw them,i shld just try to stay silent.sighh.i really do wonder how long more they'll last at this rate..



thursday was a day largely spent concussed durin mr teo's lesson.haha.i think he shld give me a pillow as a farewell gift.hehe.evening was the soccer finals with mj at jalan besar.it poured torrentially before tt..left wondering if the match would be called off.hence i didn't leave my house till like..4.50.and the match was supposed to start at 4.45.haha.but anyway,it was delayed so i reached there in time.
omg,the stadium was uber nice la!!!the atmosphere was simply exhilarating!!!i reckon it was a pretty good 'show' coz u could really see skills pitted against skills.the dismal excitement we got from the 2-1 lead mj had for quite awhile added on to putting up a good show before our 3 late goals in the last 4 min surged us forward towards championship.omg!!the track guys were screaming to much and so was i!!we just went bonkers!!!seriously!!ben was so mad,he put his arm around my shoulders and roped me in their victory hug too!!hahaha.yes-it was a jubilantly mad time!!
it was sweet victory.

i just felt really happy for keefe too..guess his 3 years were really worth it.

once again,there was another play i had to rush off to with sher.thankfully we won soccer,or else i would really hate tt day coz we were off to glass m,yes-the crappy play.
we took a cab down,and this was wad happened..

cabbie: wad place is it?
me: err near newton mrt!
cabbie: say earlier la!

(rmb,everything is still in chinese!!)
cabbie: we are gonna reach the mrt soon!where is it?
me: errrr it's somewhere in front straight ahead!
sher: (in english) the building tt looks like a school!
me: (in chinese) errr the place where french ppl go to!
cabbie: where is it??wad place is tt??
me: errr french ppl go there to learn stuff! (coz i didn't know how to say french language in chinese so i said something like 'fa guo ren qu na li xue fa guo'. i tried my best!!)
cabbie: haiya! you dunno how to speak mandarin then dun speak la!

OMG!!!i got INSULTED BY A CAB DRIVER!!!GRRRRS!!!!!AND I GOT MERIT FOR A LEVEL CHINESE ORAL OK!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRSSSSS!!!
anyway,we managed to reach there in the end coz i rmb i had a map of tt place and handed it over to the grumpy cab driver.grrrs.i can't get over being insulted.
the play wasn't all tt bad though it could have been better if they had better actors.esp if they replaced timothy nga as tom.he just looked like he was regurgitating his lines without much thought or reaction to it..i had half a mind to jump on stage and take over his place.oh wells.and i was absolutely starving coz i only had bread for lunch and no dinner.ended up with gastric.

friday had full day though i had trng.since i didn't eat breakfast,i had gastric again!!grrs.trng wasn't tt bad but it was spent in great pain.
ate the roxy square ban mian tt jlow had been raving abt for ages.quite nice and not ex too!!and i finally got to drink my yummy bottled ribena!!tt's soooooo rare la!haha.i love it loads!!=D
went to watch xmen with the trackers after tt.finally got to watch xmen la!!woohoo!!but the movie wasn't as great as i thought it would be,kinda cliched,esp the fire vs ice fight.omg.epitome of all things cliched.i can't get past hollywood killing off the good ppl either!can't they afford to pay them anymore??sheesh.oh wells,at least trackers finally watched movie together even if there weren't a lotta of us..i hope daryl's happy abt tt.=)
a lil step..but nonetheless a step.



k off to watch shawn's race at gombak now..hope it's still on.=/
