just came home from drama nite.
black comedy directed by talia [=)!!!] and 2 other ppl was thoroughly enjoyable!!it was quite funny in a mix of subtle and slapstick kinda way.of coz mr dex young's presence [as a gay neighbour] helped up the humour factor a notch,as the presence of teachers in any way always do.i must say that rowell was a not too bad actor either,such queer roles definitely suit him!hahaha.
bridge to terabithia was a fantastic effort as well!goodness,now i know tt mr kinda weird library guy [he's a librarian and one day i spotted him sitting at the counter peeping through a SCISSORS at the ppl muggin infront of him.*violently taps head*] is actually called muhd ahhaf [he looks chinese!!] and he really ain't tt bad after all.he played the main character rather well i thought.though i feel that the best actor,or rather actress,among both the plays was chong hui ying who played the other main character.i totally agree with sherene-she's just an absolutely natural!u know how some ppl are up on stage and u feel like they are trying very hard to convince u abt the reality of their world,but really,you aren't a tinge convinced;well,hui ying absolutely had me bowled over.i was totally drawn by her,in the sense tt i didn't feel she was rattling out hard core memorised lines but rather responding to her fellow actors.really fab actress she is!
kudos to her,talia and the rest of the wonderful cast who have put in so much painstaking effort!!=)

of coz the nite would have ended off brilliantly if it hadn't been marred by this horrendously rude couple with zero sense of conscience.i promise you,if i had not bitten my tongue and thought abt the good reputation of the school,i would have shot them with flaming arrows of words.seriously,i was that miffed!!sighh...the tongue can be such a dangerous weapon.
basically,during the intermission,samuel,sher,her sis and i left.when i came back first at the end of the intermission,there was this couple who had taken our seats.at first i wondered if i had mis counted the row,then cam confirmed with me tt they had indeed taken our seats.imagine my indignation!!i mean like HULLO?!!!YOU RUDE PPL DID NOT COME EARLY TO 'CHOPE' SEATS UNLIKE SAMUEL!!!HOW DARE YOU SNEAK DOWN DURING THE INTERMISSION AND KOPE OUR SEATS?!!!THE AUDACITY!!!!!!!!!!!!
i mean poor samuel had to forgo his dinner just so he could get seats for us la!!i was REALLY MIFFED.and so i politely told the comfortably seated guy and his beginning-to-look-guilty-wife/girlfriend that my friends and i had been seating there earlier and we had only left for a short while coz it was intermission.to which he retorted that he had noticed the seats were left empty for some time and it was just too bad for us and he REFUSED TO BUDGE.
OH MY!seriously-imagine my FURY.i was uberrrrrrr PISSED!!!!!!!
i gave him one of my most poisonous glares and was about to spitefully rebut him when i realised this thing seemed to whack me in my head and made me think abt the school's rep first.after all,this darn couple were ADULTS [even if they were conscience free inconsiderate homosapiens] and had the power of complaining to the school.hence i decided to be the ever gracious victorian and just let them have the seat anyway.
i am oh so considerate.
but oooooooooooooh it took great restraint on my part coz i just went over to jennhaur nearby and blared to him abt the rude couple before i left with sher to look for other seats.actually samuel's seat was empty,but he was darn nice coz he left his bag there but came over to sit with us at the corner still.[previously we had really good seats right smack near the middle of the middle row.yes-fantastic view] unfortunately i didn't realise until the middle of the 2nd play tt he was seating there,if not i would have gone and sat next to him coz i had a lotta comments in relation to the play and earthwatch to make.hahaha.he would have understood!

oh shucks,just realised that it's darn 12.07am now and i've got trng in 7 hours and 53 min.great.
