my day has ended on a bad note.
i strained my left hamstring.i'm using 'strained' coz i'm trying to be positive and NOT think of it as a 'pull' coz i seriously hope it's not a pull.i've never pulled my hamstring before...so why must i injure it NOW???!!!!!

of ALL times...my final year in track and this has to happen?!!!
my legs weren't feelin too good already with all the aches no thanks to yesterday's xc [i got 89th!!=D] which was a not bad race considering i didn't warm up,was sandwiched somewhere in the middle and only ran tt route like...once before,but i did do my cool down stretches and stuff...so how come my legs still ached?!!
ARRRGH.did some relay passes today at a remarkable dist of 24 steps when j.low used to give me 18 back in cedar.like okkkk...had to stretch super alot la.can't we just get the baton off when we first enter the zone?!!
did a few jumps after tt and on my 2nd landing,i felt the 'snap' and tt was it.
tt's it.

on a brighter note...the day has not been entirely bad.had some funny moments...esp in the library.
like keefe waving his latest edition of the newpaper to me triumphantly [-__-""]
and brenda msging me 'YES!come to the canteen NOW' just as the librarian stood up to scold everyone in the library [i was unfortunately seated just rite in front of her] coz they were quite rowdy and she said 'if u can't behave urself in the library then GO OUTSIDE' and a couple of other untolerable behaviour tt should be done OUTSIDE just as i read brenda's msg.so obviously i couldnt' leave then!bleahh.or everyone would think tt i had issues.had to wait for a while until brenda called my hp then i quickly went out.

OHH. a hilarious incident happened while i was doing steps [since i could neither run nor jump anymore after straining my muscle=(].
was supposed to run up the steps leading up to the pe dept from the track.while i was doing it halfway,irksome-nothing-better-to-do-dex stood on top to obstruct my way and farell soon joined him.tired and not wanting to shout at them to scram,i just moved to the other side of the stairs just as mr tanyh was coming down tt side.he immediately looked at me and then back at dex before asking if dex was bullying me.SO i gave him my most pitiful *puss-in-boots eyes* and nodded my head and tanyh whipped around and shouted 'DEX!u bully her is it?!!' while farell quickly jumped outta the way and started going ' DEXXX!!how can u bully her?!!' and i just stood below grinning away like a chesire cat until tanyh turned arnd to face me again and once more my *puss-in-boots eyes* made their rare appearance,forcing tanyh to once again whip arnd to tell dex not to bully me anymore while i continued grinnin at dex from below with him havin this flabbergasted look on his face.hahaha.
been wantin to do something like this for looooooong.
haha.
ohh yeah!
