went out with the trackers yesterday.it was an absolute hoot!

except mr tan yew hwee as usual juz had to put a damper on things.

let's see...

on sunday nite at 10pm,he called me.
tan: eh are ur promos over?
me: ya.
tan: have the trackers met up to train?
me: er no. but the ex-co meeting tmr.
tan: meeting? to discuss wad? where?
me: to discuss seniors farewell at 1pm at bugis.
tan: like that ah...like that...hmmm...ermmm....mmmmm...
me: [getting irritated with the 'suspense'] why?
tan: i wanted to have a meeting tmr with all the coaches- mr melvin tan, mr tang,mr ng and mrs ng ah.then after that start trng.
me: oh. errr...but we already planned to meet up tmr.
tan: why u all haven't start trng?
me: coz not everyone has finished their promos.like mel still has f maths and shawn has art on wednesday.
tan: so? dun have to wait for everyone. just start on ur own!
me: but track and field can be rather individualised sometimes wad.so we wanna start as a team.like warm up everything with everyone.
tan: but different people have different training.
me: ya but usually at the beginning is conditioning so we'll still be training together!
tan: no! this is not like cedar last time ok?!i can't make the crossers do sprinters conditioning rite?!!
me: ya but it's different! like track and field got diff events so we'll train differently but in the beginning is still abt the same wad.like mr tang did conditioning with us before promos and we all trained together.
tan: nooo!soccer also got goal keeper,defender, [and other positions which i have cleanly forgotten],they all can't train the same rite?!
me: [speechless and seeing the utter meaninglessness of arguing with him further] ...okok...
tan: (smirkingly) looks like wadeva u say i always have something to rebut back rite? *smirk*
me: [*slaps forehead* n thinking tt he super cheap thrill.] yaa...so when do we start trng? we can start on wed or thurs.
tan: my crossers and soccer guys already started.that's the difference between champions and non-champions.
me: [i was like omg!!!totally seething ok!!they aren't even champs!!!juz slightly better than us wad!!!arggh!!!so irritated man] errr...ok
tan: i'll rearrange for another meeting.
me: ok

soon hangs up.omg.i was TOTALLY BOILING!!!!!n immediately asked j.low to call me then complained like siao.waaaaaah.nvm.next day when we met up,tan suddenly called up at around 1 and asked where were we.when i said bugis,he was like 'WAAAAD?!BUGIS!!!' then i said 'ya i told u we meeting at bugis wad' n he was like 'oh u did?' -__-"".then he said coz melvin tan had already come down to vj ready to meet and train us.oh maaaaaaan.after that i just felt so guilty and sian la.then shawn was like 'i bet mr tan just wants to make u feel guilty'.haha.shawn.bleah.not like we were bugged down by it la.but towards the end of the day we managed to get m.tan's no so we called him and apologised.
first we found a quiet spot that had some mini pond fountain n IRRITATING CHILDISH YONG JENN HAUR SPLASHED WATER AT MEEEEEEEE!!!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. after which we called him using ben's hp loudspeaker.
m.tan: hullo?
us: silence. [looks at me]
me: [hurriedly] er hullo mr tan!this is jolene.
m.tan: oh jolene! vj track and field rite?
me: er ya. [looks desperately at daryl]
daryl: er hi mr tan! this is daryl!
m.tan: hullo!
daryl: we're sorry for what happened just now...
m.tan: oh it's ok, it's ok.
me: er ya so can we train on wednesday instead?
m.tan: ya sure wad time?
me: around 8.30am?
m.tan: oh in the morning ah? u all dun have school?
me: oh no coz some still have promos paper.
m.tan: ok, how about 9 instead? it's warmer then.
us: [we heard as 'warm-up' instead of 'warmer']
me: oh so we warm up first at 8.30? *puzzled*
m.tan: no it's warmer at 9.
me: [huh?!!ok...] oh ok.so wednesday trng at 9.
m.tan: ya.
me: ok thank you mr tan,bye!
m.tan: yupz bye!
daryl: bye!
m.tan: bye!
(ben had been holding the hp all along,so at this pt,after we had said bye,he was abt to switched it off.BUT...)
ben: (saying into the phone) hullo?
m.tan: ya?
ben: (IMMEDIATELY presses the off button!)
us: (stare in shock)laugh.

hahahaha.that ben ah!!!but all's well that ends well...=)

it was fun going out with daryl,jennhaur,ben,shawn,mel n j.low yesterday.haha...discovered some peculiar pts...
1) daryl has ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF DIRECTION. when we were heading to bras besah,we continued walking straight towards the traffic light,but he just continued following the path n turned left.and all of us were just staring at him innocently walking on unaware.hahaha!he was uber funny!!!then we tricked him again later when we walked past art friend [our intended destination] n went up the escalator n he just followed us.he's like HOW BLIND la.hahaha.but so funny! THEN when we were in the shop,he tot the other half was a MIRROR!!! [those who've been there will know wad i'm talking abt.] n jenn n i were teasing him abt it by taking an exaggeratedly sloooow BIG step across the line of the shop n saying we were stepping into the 'magical mirror zone' n daryl juz looked like he wanted to shoot us.haha.utter hoot!
2)shawn is such a SHAMELESS 'THIEF'. we needed to get straws for our open house gift but were not decided as to whether we should buy them instead,n shawn was like 'juz take from macs la!'.like *__*!!! n he just walked in,open the tray,grabbed a whole big handful n stuffed them into our plastic bag!!when i said it wasn't enough,he promptly went back and grabbed a couple more.hahaha.he's so shameless la!hahaof coz his philosophy was 'Mcdonalds is a big company.we should make full use of them.rip them off!' omg.

watched into the blue with the rest after shawn n mel left.it's such a ........ film.like the only atraction were the hot bods.of which one got ripped by a shark.so...the storyline is crap la.the cinema was also LOUSY!!! shan't watch at bugis shaw ever agian except under dire circumstances.like the seats were freaking high so from my ht,the bottom of the screen got cut off n j.low n i couldn't slouch at all.n it was super uber colddd!!!i was like so numb,i couldn't even feel the cold anymore n could barely type a msg after tt.n ben n daryl were jumping outta the cinema coz they were really very cold.hahaha.

but overall it was a fun and productive day.
